HSE First Aid at Work
WHAT YOU NEED: There are no formal entry requirements.
INFO: The first aid at work course is aimed at individuals who are working in an environment or area in which they have responsibility for others or businesses with a greater need for first aid cover e.g. high-risk areas.
The first aid at work course covers:
Assessment of the scene; Prioritisation of casualties; Assessment of casualties; CPR; Recovery position; Causes and treatment of unconsciousness, Fainting, Imbalance of heat, Head injury, Shock, Stroke, Heart Attack, Asphyxia, Poisoning, Epilepsy, Diabetes; Bleeds and bandaging; Burns and scalds; Sprains and strains; Legislation.
All of our first aid at work courses are delivered at our new college facility located just 15 minutes drive outside Glasgow in Motherwell. We are a leading provider of first aid at work training in Lanarkshire.
