Motherwell College Care students decided it was OK to wear pyjamas during the day – despite recent publicity – as it was all in a good cause. They sported a variety of colourful nightwear as they raised funds for Yorkhill Children’s Foundation and last week handed over £219.49 to the charity.

The Hamilton Prince’s Trust Team ran from 14th September until 4th December 2009 and completed a team challenge in partnership with South Lanarkshire Rough Sleepers Initiative where they worked hard to tidy and clean the front and back garden for a gentleman in Carluke who was at risk of homelessness unless he improved the condition of his garden.
