The course covers the following areas: Communication: Analysing and Presenting Complex Communication, Creating a Culture of Customer Care, Retail Travel Practice, Structure of the Travel and Tourism Industry, Spanish for Work, Information Technology, International Tourist Destinations, Air Travel, Applying Marketing Principles in Travel and Tourism, Preparation for Employment in Travel and Tourism, Travel and Tourism: Graded Unit 1.

MOVING ON: On completing this course you can progress to HND study or year 2 of a related degree course. This course will also prepare you for a career in air cabin service, airline and holiday reservations and resort representation.
